Participants must be Henderson Club members.
The registration period for the event is from now until 12:00noon, 27 March 2025.
Successfully registered members will be notified by SMS and email individually on or before 28 March 2025. Members who do not receive notification after that date may consider their application unsuccessful. Once the registration is confirmed, the quota is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Successfully registered members must present the confirmation email and your physical membership card, electronic membership card, or webpage showing a valid and corresponding membership number of Henderson Club upon arrival at the event for verification.
Event will be held at the abovementioned date and time. Absentees will be deemed as forfeiting their seats. Henderson Club shall not be held responsible should participants fail to join the event for any reason.
On-site events are open for registration only at the event venue with the organizer. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Photos are for reference only.
Photos and videos may be taken at the event for future promotion. Henderson Club and Organizer reserve all copyrights and ownership of the photos and videos taken at the event. You consent to the taking and use of photos and videos of you at the event by Henderson Club and Organizer for promotion purpose.
The Organizer is solely responsible for organizing the activity and providing the related venue, facilities, events, services, products, benefits or privileges. Henderson Club shall not be responsible for them.
The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the activity and may prescribe terms and conditions for the activity. In case of change or cancellation by Organizer, Henderson Club shall inform participating members as soon as reasonably practicable.
In case of any dispute relating to a member's application to Henderson Club for participating in the activity, Henderson Club reserves the right to make the final decision. In case of any dispute relating to the activity, Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
